These cakes of grains are prepared hygienically under the surveillance of our experienced professionals in strictly controlled conditions. These processed DDGS grains are in high demand in the market as they contain high nutritional values. In order to provide our clients with premium quality grain products, our offered DDGS grains are precisely checked by the quality controllers on many different parameters.
Many companies are increasing their interest in bioethanol due to the need for renewable liquid fuels most specifically in the transport industry. Due to its richness in crude protein, vitamins, fat, minerals, and fibers, it is presently used as a feed in aquaculture, livestock, and poultry. In present years, these grains have been used as feedstock in the production of value-added products through microbial fermentation. Many studies tell about the production of organic acids, biohydrogen, methane, and hydrolytic enzymes using DDGS. While it also contains remarkable amounts of macronutrients. A pre-treatment of this product is required for the release of the fermentable sugars. The pre-treatment techniques like physical, chemical, and biological origin are either used individually or combined to obtain maximum results for different applications.

Distillers Dried Grain

Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS) is derived from a bioethanol fermentation process. This process uses the dry milling technology for starch-rich grains like corn, wheat, and barley. DDGS is a by-product of the ethanol production process, which is a high nutrient feed valued grain. When these plants make ethanol, they only use starch from corn and grain sorghum. The other remaining nutrients like - protein, oil, and fiber - are the coproducts used to create livestock feed called DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles). Only one-third of the grain that goes into ethanol production comes out as DDGS. One bushel of grain that is used in the ethanol-making process produces 2.7 gallons of ethanol, 18 pounds of both DDGS and carbon dioxide. DDGS, that is, Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles is a dried residue that remains after the starch fraction of maize (Corn) is fermented with yeasts to produce the ethanol. After the fermentation process, this ethanol is removed by the process of distillation, and the remaining residues after this process are dried. The distillers dried grains are an excellent source of digestible protein and energy for cattle. It is highly palatable and a good source of readily available and affordable organic phosphorus and also it is high in protein. The high energy levels of DDGS do not cause any risk of developing acidosis as this high energy level is derived predominantly from fiber and fat only.
Recommendations for Feeding
The requirements for any farm will differ depending on their current diet. It is recommended that a maximum % (of the total ration) be fed on a dry matter basis. These dried grains can be mixed with silage in the paddock or on the feed pad. It is advisable to consult your nutritionist or the farm consultant to determine the optimal inclusion levels for any particular situation.
Storage Instructions
Can be stored in bulk bins. Or can be placed on cement slabs but away from vermin animals and should be protected from the weather. In general, DDGS contains average to low levels of moisture. But only when properly stored, the quality of this product will remain maintained.
  • It is immensely pure and rich source of minerals.
  • Also rich in cereal and residual yeast proteins.
  • It is extremely high in protein.
  • Contains excessive energy, minerals, and vitamins.
  • An excellent source of digestible protein and energy for beef cattle.
  • It can also be used in turkey and swine applications.
  • It is a beneficial feed for both feedlot and dairy cattle.
  • In many regions of North America, more than 80% of DDGS is used in ruminant diets.
  • It also acts as a nutritious feed for poultry.
  • Due to its excellent nutritional value in swine diets, DDGS use is increasing in the pork industry as well.
With the aim of prosperous growth in this market, we are a renowned name in the field of manufacturing and supplying an excellent quality of distillers dried grain with solubles (DDGS) in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
